Use License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use goalz.ai for your personal goal tracking purposes, subject to these Terms of Service.

You may not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
  • Transfer the service to another person or entity
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

User Accounts

To use goalz.ai, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Providing accurate and current information

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Free Access for First 500 Users

The first 500 registered users of goalz.ai receive lifetime free access to all features. This offer:

  • Is limited to one account per person
  • Cannot be transferred to another user
  • Applies to all current and future features
  • May be revoked if the account violates these terms

User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create in goalz.ai (goals, notes, images, etc.). By using our service, you grant us:

  • A license to store, display, and process your content to provide the service
  • The right to use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and improvements

We will never sell or share your personal goal data with third parties for marketing purposes. For more information on how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use goalz.ai to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

  • Collect or harvest personal data from other users
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission

Disclaimer of Warranties

goalz.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The service is free of viruses or harmful components
  • The results obtained from use will be accurate or reliable

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, goalz.ai and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the service
  • Unauthorized access to your account or data
  • Errors or omissions in the service
  • Loss of data or profits

Data Backup

While we take reasonable measures to back up your data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We recommend regularly exporting your goal data.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any part of the service
  • Update features and functionality
  • Change pricing for new users (free access remains for first 500 users)

We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Extended periods of inactivity

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
